17. Its "reinforcement bias". I just made that up actually

Or maybe I saw some term like that on DU recently. Its the idea that when a person has a pet issue that they concentrate on, or maybe are even obsessed over, they tend to see things that happen with that lens as the filter. Kind of like the old saying, if all you have is a hammer, then everything looks like a nail.
