The Vermont GOP is effectively dead. Not sleeping. Dead. [View all]

They have no money. All they can dredge up for statewide candidates are marginal people- when they dredge up anyone at all. They have a bank account of $34,000 and debts. they hold one statewide office. They're in a super minority in both Houses.

The decline has been ongoing, but at this point, the VT GOP is no longer a viable party.

Such a shame.
