4. Yeah...I'm probably going to call here again in a few weeks.

This kind of burns -- I think GM should be expediting the manufacture and shipment of these parts, but I really don't sense the urgency. The GM information says I can get a free loaner, so I'm not worried about getting around.

One other thing I DO need to see about here soon is the front passenger side headlight. It's loose.

There are times when I wish I had done a little more homework before getting a new car. But when my old car was in the shop (a 1988 Nova that basically died of old age in 2009, with NO recalls ever), I had a rental Cobalt and I liked it, so when the time came I went with what I knew. So much for brand loyalty.
