If she runs she'll be at the forefront of the 2014 races. I consider her support for Wendy Davis (who is center-right) the metric or goalpost at which we know for absolute certain she's running. If she spends only but a few days campaigning for Davis, Hillary Clinton is running for President. You heard it here first.
