1. How about getting insurers to charge MORE for no-contraceptive policies?

After all, the costs associated with pregnancy and subsequent child health care far, far exceed the cost of birth control. Extra penalties should be put on policies that don't cover contraceptives just as they are for policies for smokers or older citizens.
