There is a lot wrong with the ruling and a lot wrong with peoples understanding of it. I know a little about it. I know a lot about the Affordable Care Act. Prior to the ACA companies could almost pick whatever they wanted to be included in the health plans they offered their employees. The SCOTUS ruling really didn't change anything, if there was no ACA there wouldn't have even been a case. It also further illustrates what a POS the ACA truly is. Again, I know a lot about this, I help people get real healthcare everyday.
