11. $30,000 for a normal Labor and Delivery

If women cannot get contraceptives, that $30,000 could be every 2 years per employee. That is also not counting any medical problems that mother or the baby might have. Then there is the costs associated with health insurance for each of their children for possibly 26 years, although working for Hobby Lobby for that LONG is farfetched for any female employee.
