Do you consider this photo anti-Semitic? [View all]

I absolutely DESPISE Henry Kissinger, but c'mon, if the photo in the link above has his nose reshapen like that (vs. an actual photo of him), you can't say that photo doesn't have some dog-whistle anti-Semitic overtones to it. I've seen that image on all sorts of conspiracy (thus it follows anti-Semitic) websites.

Yet a jury UNANIMOUSLY voted to leave it alone. You won't believe the types of comments posted there. Even though I provided links in my alert comments to conspiracy sites that had the image (which I shall not repost here) and links to sites explaining the anti-Semitic trope of the "hooked nose".
