it looks to me like his whole face has been stretched, and that is why the nose is big. like whoever made the graphic didn't really know what they were doing and stretched his face horizontally, probably to cover whoever's face was actually on that picture.

the same effect as trying to watch a 4:3 TV show stretched out on a widescreen TV.

I wouldn't even have noticed if someone hadn't said his nose was different
