A more accurate headline would be "Russian town hit with possible artillery or mortar round from unknown forces, killing one"

If that is actually an artillery round, I do not see any shell debris, just a hole that could have been from a stick of dynamite.

But we know this is RT and the side that would actually gain from this would be the Pro-Russian separatists.
