But I live in a tiny corner of the Midwest, where there's only one pharmacy in town. The next nearest is 55 miles away, where they have several. Two of those deliver to this bump in the road because they have employees who live here and that makes delivery simple. Personally I'd raise cain over pain meds just a little in advance of actual need in order to gradually have a few extra to keep a few on hand.
