physiologically, and apparently emotionally.

not a big meat eater in any sense -- i'm too tired to cook it most days. i use a LOT of fake chicken/meat products because they're just easier, healthier.

but this completely breaks my heart. no more BBQ pork or al pastor tacos for me!
