One is that if a persons employer offers any health plan, or they can get one from a spouses employer, that makes them ineligible for subsidies if it meets minimum standards and costs less than 9.5% of household income.

Work for McDonalds? They offer a health plan- that makes you ineligible for subsides in many cases.

I suspect a large number of people getting subsidies may in fact not be eligible under this rule, but are getting them anyway- I know at least 3. Come tax time this may be a problem for a lot of people.
