Step 1: Have some one who looks Hispanic cough near him such that he notices.

Step 2: Create a fake news page on the web. Make the headline: "Illegal Immigrant dies of Ebola".

Step 3: In the story indicate that anyone who was near this man, particularly on the same day as Gohmert, and in the same location, is in grave danger.

Step 4: email the story to Louie Gohmert's staff.

Step 5: Watch the hilarity that follows.
