Since we initially had supposedly reliable accounts from eyewitness' that he was shot in the back, and now know this was not true, it's not wise to call any supposed eyewitness account a "fact"- because just a couple days ago we were hearing for a "fact" he was shot in the back.
Forensics and reconstruction will tell the tale and will show us more reliably than witness statements will.
We know now all shots were in the front. We also know 4 of them hit him in the arms. This would seem to be far more consistent with someone who had arms in front or to the side as officers shoot for center mass first, then move to head shots if that doesn't work. We know he didn't have gunshot residue on his skin, but haven't been told about his clothes yet.
Facts are things verifiable by science or something that can be reviewed like video- eyewitness accounts are at best dubious in many cases.
