they are not sure if the suspect is there. Tymkowych said if he is, he is not responding to police.
“The last time he was seen was at or in this house,” Tymkowych said.
We think he’s in there, but he’s not responding to us, so we’ll have to strategically move up and try to clear it and see,”


I think the record for cops sitting on an empty house was 11 hours?

But..they been known to surround a house, toss in 'smoke grenades" after which there was a fire which burned down the place.

( watched that happen a block from my house on Whidbey Island back in the '80's....luckily, they had our fire dept. standing by...what a co-incidence)
