38. Let's assume for a moment that Michael Brown did have a history as a juvenile

That doesn't justify his being shot in any way. The police are not the final arbiter of the law. Let's also assume that Michael Brown was a physical threat. Once the threat was removed, Officer Wilson and the Ferguson Police Department had the same responsibility to protect Michael Brown as anyone else. That doesn't appear to have happened since they left his body in the street for hours and wasn't immediately taken to the hospital.
