5. I am pretty confident he was in an SUV at first

and I believe he stated he was walking back to his SUV when he claims Trayvon attacked him. So he said he was in a car and then on foot. According to Trayvon's friend (girlfriend?) he was talking to on the phone, Trayvon said that he was going to cut through a yard or something to lose the guy who was following him (not sure if at this point Zimmerman was in an SUV or on foot). I don't have time to search for the articles (if you go to tampabay.com you can probably find a lot. It use to be the St. Pete Times, a FL newspaper). I believe this girl he was talking to heard a confrontation, and then the line went dead.
