8. I do sympathize with the victims but...

Why would anyone want to save that kind of personal information in the cloud? Why do people think that the cloud is safe? It is new technology, it is out there for the taking and hackers are very good at that.

The victims must take some blame on this because the old "think before you act" has to come into play here...what proof does anyone have on the security of the cloud? This is private stuff that should kept private, if you save it somewhere where someone else becomes the keeper, then you don't have anyone but yourself to blame.

I am not saying that the people who stole the photos are not to blame, but...

This is another proof on why politicians lie to people, because they know they will believe anything they say, as long as it is presented in the proper way, with the proper commercials, just like IBM wants to make you think that you life/business is going to become so much better once you join the cloud, until one of those servers in the cloud dies and all your business is down for a week while they find it.
