2. honestly, I don't think that's cute. Sick of excuses parents make for their little snowflakes.

Now that I got that out of my cranky "get off my lawn" system…. the kid might have just flopped over the arm of the couch to sit and kick his feet. Which would be pretty normal for any kid in the universe.

Still it shouldn't be beyond the means of a 7 year old to sit or stand quietly for 10 minutes while Mom & Dad meet POTUS. Or maybe don't bring him if he can't.
