5. The boy being beaten

is my son's best friend, We have been neighbors since they were babies.
He is home and doing well. The boy that ran to help him and got beat up was black.
This sucks. I have read some of the worst bigoted and vitriolic comments on boards from our newspaper to you tube.
It is so disheartening...
