REASON FOR ALERT
This post is disruptive, hurtful, rude, insensitive, over-the-top, or otherwise inappropriate.
ALERTER'S COMMENTS
Pintobean is running from post to post, thread to thread and even board to board getting a chuckle taunting women that are being kicked off the board over frivolous alerts. He is constantly alerting on feminists posts, women he has had issue with for a while. Then, when there is eventually a hide and both Seabeyond and BainesBain kicked off, he taunts them in posts.

This is only an example of his actions the last couple weeks.
You served on a randomly-selected Jury of DU members which reviewed this post. The review was completed at Tue Sep 9, 2014, 02:31 PM, and the Jury voted 3-4 to LEAVE IT.
Juror #1 voted to HIDE IT
Explanation: pintobean often deserves to be hid, and this is no different. Hide this shit.
Juror #2 voted to LEAVE IT ALONE
Explanation: No explanation given
Juror #3 voted to LEAVE IT ALONE
Explanation: I will only make a decision on the post alerted on, not on his/her entire posting history.
Juror #4 voted to LEAVE IT ALONE
Explanation: If anyone wants to see a frivolous alert, it's this one. Juries are called on to adjudicate a POST, not some nonsensical history, real or imagined. Besides, Alerters names aren't published so how does this Alerter know that "He is constantly alerting . . . " so this us an accusation that cannot possibly be proved. THIS POST does not violate TOS. Leave it.
Juror #5 voted to HIDE IT
Explanation: No explanation given
Juror #6 voted to LEAVE IT ALONE
Explanation: If they were frivolous, they would not be kicked off the board.
Juror #7 voted to HIDE IT
Explanation: If OP has been doing what is alleged, (s)he should join the Republican party. Would fit right in.
I was juror #4
