Every single time a cop is caught beating the shit out of someone or shooting an unarmed person, the police unions will frantically search for a homeless person to give shoes to and of course photograph it *cough*

WTF is up with the shoe thing anyway?

Its either that or giving a homeless person really shitty fast food (usually McDonalds) and photographing it like that did in Albuquerque after the James Boyd murder.
