The Palins have long reminded me of some family on a fictional cable TV drama. [View all]

You know, ones that are inherently dysfunctional but completely fascinating, like in The Sopranos or Big Love? And every couple of months, they have some sort of high-profile "episode" that highlights their totally dysfunctional nature.

The key difference is, I think Tony Soprano has more moral scruples than Sarah Palin.
