That's just absurd. It's the wholesale murder of thousands of Iraqi's, industrial execution style, and the occupation of cities and ethnic cleansing of Kurds and Christians in Iraq.
The beheadings allow the media to have something to talk about.
But in the real world the adults in the room aren't driven by the media narrative. They have their own intel, their own motivations, and their own analysis to work out. If there were no beheadings at all we'd still be moving forward as we are, for all the other crap ISIS is doing.
