LOL, but not a chance. Call it the Donald Sterling Principle: Since McKenna’s Paving sponsored the party, it was a workplace function. The employee who went to the press did so without their permission and presented the company in a bad light, so the McKennas did have the right to fire him. The chauffeur would be in the same boat if he blabbed.
