at the top of their homepage. Anyone could have set up that t-shirt page without their knowledge or approval. If they are not accepting funds from that source though, I think they would be contacting the website owner to tell them to remove the item due to unlawful use of the BackStopper name.

What I find problematic, is that a prosecutor, whose job it is to depend on evidence gathered by the police in order to prosecute every single one of his cases, is on the board of directors for an org whose sole purpose is to benefit police and their families.

Because of the ever present conflict of interest, I think all cases involving the possible prosecution of a police officer should by law require the hiring of a special prosecutor.
