Not as I was taught its components.
St George cross (England): Red, vertical cross on white background
St Andrew's cross (Scotland): White, diagonal cross on blue background
St David's cross (Wales): Red, diagonal cross on white background.

There was no Northern Ireland in it AFAIK.
