Chris Hedges is absolutely 100% correct in everything he says in this speech. My plans for 2016/17 seem to be silly: acquiesce to the nomination of the corporatist Hillary Clinton for president, vote for her over a Republican candidate who is not only a corporatist but a racist, misogynist and a sectarian bigot, then, after Mrs. Clinton is sworn in as president and makes her first pro-corporatist decision, his the streets in protest. As Mr. Hedges says, the aim of the protest is to set in motion a campaign mass civil disobedience (got that, Agent Mike?) whose goal is to overthrow the corporate state.
