Without seeing the evidence, all we can do is guess and theorize. Pretty worthless actually. In my experience the facts that the court and the jury see are nearly always very different from we can guess especially in a case like this. As the prosecutor stated, it will come down to a detailed analysis of facts -- like the autopsy report, maps of the locations, conflicting testimony, cross-examinations -- if the case goes that far.
I think there is a good chance that, when confronted by the evidence and told of the risks of a jury trial, Zimmerman may plead.
I hope that he is never licensed to carry a weapon ever again. That is what really got him into trouble. Let this be a lesson to people who want to carry weapons. Guns can not only harm others but also the person carrying.
