using the phone at a stop light as well.

It's not what has happened to me in the past that concerns me. I tend to be forward looking, and would not want someone to be unnecessarily hurt because someone cannot leave their phone alone for more than 3 minutes while they are in operation of a 4,000lb automobile. Everyone who admits to using their phone while operating a vehicle, for whatever reason, always seems to have an excuse to justify why they are the exception to the rule, and that their superior driving skills and phone practices are actually in no way ever going to cause harm.
