an important election in less than 2 months, I'll pass. Two years is a long time; we don't know who will choose to run in the primaries for either the Democratic Party or the GOP, hell we don't even know who will have the majority in the Senate in December of this year. We don't know what world events will occur and be occurring between now and then. There are entirely too many variables to consider. I have preferences...I'd prefer someone other than Hillary, I don't dislike her, I just don't want her as our candidate. I have deep respect for Bernie and a strong liking for Elizabeth Warren. There are a number of other people I'd like to see run. I am a liberal who thinks we have to go left and I believe much of the country is ready for it, with the right candidate advocating the policies that liberals stand for. But right now this whole subject is nothing more than a shiny object to distract people from what is happening now and in just under two months...
