29. Yeah, I remember that, too. That one was just revolting! What an ASSHOLE!!! Poor Barney!!!

bush was probably drunk or hung over or on something. I never put it past him. And for all the slurred speech I had to suffer through whenever he tried to put two or more sentences together at one sitting, you could not convince me that he wasn't still drinking. Either that or he wasn't drinking anymore by then, but was manifesting the brain damage it caused.
