My opinion is that this was a modern-day lynching. Ronald Ritchie and his wife, April, provided false information to the authorities both before and after the shooting, resulting in the homicide of John Crawford III and also the death of the terrified shopper who collapsed after the cops began shooting inside that Walmart.

Like you, I am familiar with that area and the murder of this young black man and the resulting exoneration of those responsible for his death does not surprise me, at all.
