In reply to the discussion: California bans government sales or display of Confederate flag [View all]onenote
(46,076 posts)125. Should state owned gift shops in the US sell the British Red Ensign flag?
Should it sell "Indian War Bonnets"?
Should it sell the Hammer and Sickle flag?
Should it sell any Japanese, German or Italian flags?
And where does one draw the line between selling a flag for use in a historical display or educational setting?
Seems like a strange law to me.
