25. Do you get the feeling that the Democratic Party doesn't really want higher taxes on the wealthy?

And they will abandon the idea at the first sign of opposition, such as when they vote for the Buffet rule tomorrow? They don't really believe in because they think they will lose on the issue of higher taxes, even if only on the wealthy.
