And then:

I just indicated that calling President Obama a POS Used Car Salesman AND making racists comments ... both of which should be frowned upon on a site named DemocraticUnderground; but instead, both, qualifies one as the best and brightest pillars of DU.

But I guess my fatal flaw was saying anything against the best and brightest pillar of DU, because as two jurors said:

Juror #2 voted to HIDE IT
Explanation: You could tell this guy you drive a blue car and he'd find a way to twist it into something racial.

Juror #3 voted to HIDE IT
Explanation: Yeah, the racist association is too much.

I guess all I can say is reading IS fundamental!
