12. perhaps a better word to have used would have been bigoted?

I find that white people don't like the word racist. It's a hard word that tends to smack a person in the brain when it's said or written. Bigot is a softer word. It's more like a soft tap on the shoulder and doesn't inflame to the extent that racist does. What do you think?
