(30,674 posts)can be brought before the judge or the legislature. If they can get their candidate certified as the winner (and of course this is all deeply thought out complicated legal rule making designed to make the State's decision difficult to challenge.)
That's what happened in Florida in 2000 and Ohio in 2004. Time ran out for a challenge and by the time 18 months later statisticians learned that Gore had won the nation by half a million actual votes, and that Kerry actually won Ohio, the crook in this case W, has already been in office for months and no change can be considered, apparently. In certain states the rigging is generations old. It is lawyer proof. Remember how the Supreme Court stepped in to settle Bush v Gore?
They want us to know it's hopeless. They just don't went us to go around saying we live in a Soviet style dictatorship. So they lie a lot.
Frankly, we have nothing to respond to a stolen election except for oh well, vote better next time. Except it has nothing to do with us voting. It only has to do with who counts the votes.
