Because I'm in a middle class white neighbourhood in Boehner's district that will mostly vote Republican. They'd do better to take 80-90% of our machines and put them down in one of the predominantly black neighbourhoods in Cincinnati or Dayton, where folks will probably be standing in lines for hours, but they won't. That would mean more Dem votes.
