11. My polling place in Burlington Vermont was its usual busy, organized pleasant place

- as to usual that is more from others who said it was typical as this is our first state wide election as we moved here slightly less than 2 years ago.

One thing I can say is the optical scanner ballots were cool. A man working there explained to us that any over voting would lead to the ballot being rejected by the machine that immediately processes it. Once ok, the ballot's marks are added to the district's tallies. The ballot was very clear and straight forward.
