I think the answer is no. That doesn't mean that Paul might not do better among those groups than any other repub candidate and maybe shrink our margin among those voters enough to threaten our chances of winning. But that leads back to the other question: which potential Democratic candidate would do better than Clinton among African American and young voters in a match up with Rand Paul? (And the "potential" Democratic candidate has to be a realistic reasonably likely possibility in terms of actually running).
