because there is a mountain of evidence that suggests that disillusionment leads to people making bad choices and not voting. I voted but I won't pretend that programmed disillusionment and creating and teaching an atmosphere of helplessness doesn't lead to people not voting. There's just too much information out there that says it does. Leaders that plan to produce this effect like the GOP has done for the past 6 years are horrible leaders because they undermine our process. If she supports that then she sucks. She has supported that so she sucks. Screw her.

When people are disillusioned it often takes very little to make them not vote. Good political scientists understand that and use that against society. You can either accept what studies say or pretend somehow society works different and magically pure. It is really up to you. I don't see society as such a simple model.
