Will the President plan for immigration reform really help udocumented workers? [View all]

The president's plan will allow undocumented immigrants who are parents of U.S. citizens and legal permanent residents, known as green card holders, to register with the federal government and, if approved, receive a three-year protection from any deportation.

I wish he would go further but I understand he can't but will people actually come out and do this?
