It's not that bad.

Let's be honest-there are less-than savory characters on both sides of the political spectrum. After reading the article it sounds like the original poster on Rowe's FB page is one of them, possibly using his page for publicity. It happens.

As to the RW getting excited: he didn't say he was a Republican. He didn't say he was a Democrat. From what I understand, he's regularly called himself an Independent, which is what most voters call themselves. He said that he has voted for a Republican at times, same as most of the people I know. (Actually, I'm one of the few people I personally know that has not voted R, except for one incident and that was all about an organized effort to get the worst candidate on the ballot during the primaries.)

What I do like about Rowe is that he is a big advocate of funding for the trades. I 100% agree with him about the trades. More funding needs to be offered and, IMO, trade school should be very inexpensive if not free. Guidance counselors should offer it as a proud option to students and more jobs should be available with a trade school certification in some fields instead of expecting someone to obtain a four year degree. There's nothing wrong with working that gets physical,that has someone on their feet all day, that might get them dirty. For that reason alone I tend to like the guy, since my father was in tool and diecast and other family members have been machinists.
