... has been pretty solidly debunked. In fact, many researchers now believe that saturated fats are the healthiest.

Where did the idea that they are not healthy come from? Apparently, the vegetable oils industry. One thing everyone agrees on, trans fats and hydrogenated oils are the worst oils you can eat. Vegetable oils.
