James Boyd back shooting? And nothing much came of it? Remeber Boyd, the homeless mentally ill guy that was camping illegally and was shot by a rogue cop who was hired and the police chief of Alberqueque promised the public that officer Sandy would not be allowed to carry a gun?

We can hoipe but I am not optimistic. Especial;ly when the city of New York has been violating civil rights for years and the DOJ has never said diddly about that well known practice by NTPD.
