Are Sony hacks acts of war? [View all]

I realize Sony is a Japanese corporation but the attack seem to be directed at the US Sony HQ. Aren't these cyberattacks by North Korea not only terrorism (which they certainly are) but also acts of war against the US? If you believe so what should be done?
