123. You're not getting what I'm saying. He didn't brandish the gun until he pointed it.

Which is after the woman walked by. Of course she's not going to see a gun that the victim hadn't brandished yet. And she was walking into the store, not towards the officer and victim.

You can see in the video that the victim pointed what appears to be a gun at the cop. Now, could it have been something else? Yes. But it certainly looks like the silhouette of a gun. Not to mention, there's a photo of a gun on the ground at the crime scene.

We all have extreme justification to be suspicious of any police officer involved shooting, especially in the area where this happened. But it also is not unprecedented that someone would point a gun at a cop. The evidence thus far suggests the victim pointed a gun at the cop. Is there a possible world where that isn't what actually happened? Absolutely. As I said before, this is not incontrovertible evidence.
