3. No, a black man at home who can't breathe does not always get an ambulance.

We had an episode here in Chapel Hill of an AA high school football player calling
911 after a practice--to his home--and he did NOT get taken to the hospital.
He later died.

I'll see if I can find a link to the story.

OK, it wasn't his ability to not breathe, but he complained of cramps over his whole body and requested
an IV for hydration.
